4-Drawer Letter
This U.L.-approved file features smooth-operating, full suspension drawers and a high security key lock. Each drawer is a separate compartment - special construction insures a tight seal. Even if one drawer is left open, the contents in all others remain protected. Drawers have high sides for use with hanging folders. 2-position drawer catch allows access to certain drawers while others remain locked.
Each file features heavy-steel casting for extra strength. Insulation is 100% gypsum, kiln-dried and reinforced by a 1" x 2" lattice made of 14-gauge galvanized steel wire. Steel exteriors are up to 50% thicker than other fireproof files. Tough powder coat finish. Protection between drawers. Individual drawer locking. Full-cradle suspension.
Class "C" Rating Against Fire, Explosion and Impact!
U.L. Approved: 350-1 LABEL, CLASS C - This file has withstood strict endurance testing. Fire: oven-heated at 1700° for 1 hour without damage to paper contents.Explosion: heated at 2000° for 1/2 hour without accumulating explosive gases inside. Impact: Heated for 1/2 hour at 1550°, then dropped 30 ft. (3 stories) onto broken bricks. Then inverted and reheated for another 1/2 hour without damage to papers inside. Lifetime warranty.

We pay the freight anywhere in the continental U.S.A. Free freight doesnot include inside delivery. It is based on normal tailgate delivery. Inside Delivery (an extra charge) is often worth the cost because these files are very heavy. If you specify inside delivery, we will let you know the charge before processing your order.
